ABOUT

I am 57 years old, grew up and went to school in Germany and England. As a professor, my father brought another culture into my life, as he had a lot to do in China. I worked in tourism in New York and lived there for several years with my husband, who was a cardiologist at Columbia University. Together, with our 3 children, we have worked and lived in Japan, Canada and Germany. In Berlin, I worked as a mum and managing director of the travel office of the federal executive of the SPD.

I was living my first dream job!

Organising events with a political background, serving and helping my customers on site, mediating in stressful situations and being a mother of three children at the same time. My belief is that there are only solutions and no problems. This has been proven time and time again during all my stays abroad and life with children.

Living abroad as a guest, as a stranger, as a foreigner, has refined my search for meaning in life. When I began my yoga teacher training 20 years ago, I embarked on an inner journey. Today, meditating, self-coaching and reflecting are as much a part of my life as brushing my teeth every day. The search within is my daily companion in all situations.
